1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after confirmation of the order and completion of applicable payment or credit terms.

RADHE CHEMICAL reserves the right to confirm product availability and delivery terms before processing an order.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We arrange dispatch and delivery of products through suitable transportation or logistics services, depending on the product type, quantity and delivery location.

Delivery timelines provided by us are estimates only and may vary depending on transportation conditions and other factors.

Delivery availability may depend on the nature of the product and applicable transportation requirements.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Transportation arrangements
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Transporter schedules
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

RADHE CHEMICAL does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping, freight, transportation, packing, handling, insurance and other applicable charges may be charged separately unless specifically stated otherwise in the quotation, purchase order or invoice.

The applicable charges will depend on factors such as:

Product type
Quantity and weight
Packaging requirements
Delivery location
Transportation method

5. SHIPPING OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS

Certain chemical products may require special packaging, handling or transportation arrangements.

Where applicable, products will be dispatched according to the relevant transportation and safety requirements.

Customers must ensure that the delivery location is suitable for receiving and unloading the ordered products.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and other information required for delivery.

RADHE CHEMICAL shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Any change to the delivery address after order confirmation may be subject to additional charges and approval.

7. RECEIVING AND UNLOADING

The customer is responsible for ensuring that appropriate arrangements are available for receiving and unloading the products at the delivery location.

Where unloading is not specifically included in the agreed transportation terms, unloading shall be the customer's responsibility.

Any additional charges resulting from delays in unloading, vehicle detention or other customer-side delays may be charged to the customer.

8. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY

Customers are advised to inspect the packaging and products at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, leakage, shortage or incorrect product should be noted on the delivery document, where possible, and reported to RADHE CHEMICAL promptly.

Customers should provide relevant details, photographs and supporting documents to help us investigate the issue.

9. RISK DURING TRANSPORTATION

The transfer of responsibility and risk for products during transportation shall be determined according to the terms agreed in the quotation, purchase order, invoice or other written agreement.

Where products are collected or transported by a transporter arranged by the customer, responsibility may transfer according to the agreed delivery terms.

10. DELIVERY DELAYS

RADHE CHEMICAL shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Transporter or carrier delays
Traffic disruptions
Weather conditions
Natural events
Government restrictions
Strikes or labour disruptions
Product shortages
Supplier delays
Other unforeseen events

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding significant delays when practical.

11. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, the customer's unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment or lack of suitable unloading arrangements, additional transportation, storage, return or re-delivery charges may apply.
